Responsible for ensuring delivery of exceptional transactional support relating to their portfolio of one corporate client close to Amsterdam.
· Create a service focused team with the client at the heart all communications and actions, including measurable framework of KPI’s
· Work to create a service model which removes any blockers in the transactional process which may impact delivery of stock to stores
· Deliver a strategy which leads to world class client service
· Ensuring a structure an process is in place to proactively communicate service supportdata and knowledge to the client
· Developing a program to attract, train and retain relevant team colleagues into the organisation
· Experience of delivering strong measurable results through KPI and structured support
· Ability to manage a large team through a KPI and SLA model
· Ability to influence through others to deliver these results
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long term relationships with clients and stakeholders
· Ability to interpret reports into actions
· Resilient and robust. The intellect and strength of character to deal with a demanding leadership team and stakeholder group. Stakeholder management!
